• Phoenician Rita

    A margarita Opihrian style. Discover the botanicals and spice of Opihr Spiced gin with a courageous citrus boost. A half salt rim for the adventurous souls.


    • 50ml Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin
    • 20ml Cointreau
    • 20ml Lime juice
    • 10ml Sugar syrup
    • 2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters


    Shake & fine strain into coupe glass.

  • Opihr G&T


    • 50ml Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin
    • Fever Tree Indian tonic
    • 0.5cm thick slice of fresh ginger


    Muddle your fresh ginger in the bottom of your tall glass, fill with ice, add gin & top with Fever Tree tonic.

    (Alternatively, leave out the ginger & garnish with an orange slice studded with cloves instead)

  • The Three Kings

    A bold elixir of Opihr Spiced Gin, Dubonnet and Aperol. A reviving drink to revel the weariest of traveller.


    • 40ml Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin
    • 40ml Dubonnet
    • 20ml Aperol


    Stir in mixing glass with a dash of chilli pepper, double strain into tumbler over ice

    Garnish with orange peel.

  • The Red Snapper

    A bold twist on the original breakfast drink – one for the true adventurers & explorers.


    • 50ml Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin
    • Tomato juice
    • 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
    • Squeeze of lemon juice
    • Pinch of salt and pepper


    Fill a tall glass with ice, add your Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper. Top with your tomato juice & garnish with a stick of celery.

  • Path of the Rose

    A light, floral delicate arrangement of Opihr Spiced Gin, rose liqueur and elderflower decadently dressed with prosecco.


    • 40ml Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin
    • 20ml Rose liqueur
    • 20ml Elderflower cordial
    • 80ml Prosecco


    Shake all non-carbonated ingredients, strain into coupé glass & top with Prosecco.

  • Cinnachai Flip

    A luxurious and decadent cocktail of Opihr Spiced Gin, chai essence, a dash of whole milk and egg white, shaken hard and spiced delicately. Taste the entirety of the spice route in your first sip.


    • 40ml Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin
    • 20ml Chai syrup
    • 20ml whole milk
    • 1 egg white


    Dry shake, then shake with ice and strain into coupe with cinnamon rim, add coriander as garnish.

  • Opihr Chai Brew

    A comforting warm blend of Opihr Spiced Gin, fragrant chai tea and sweet port to ignite your spice of life.


    • 40ml Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin
    • 20ml Port
    • 10ml Chai syrup
    • 160ml chai tea without milk


    Warm all ingredients together & serve in a copper cup with a cinnamon stick & orange peel as garnish.
