A refreshing yet spicy aromatic serve. Enhanced with Juniper essential oil, adding a savoury kick that complements the sweet aromatic tonic.
Build in our globe glass (or a Collins glass) with ice. Stir down and garnish with grapefruit peel.
*If using the essential oil, add a couple of droplets to the glass with the ice and stir down before building with the remaining ingredients.
