Recipe
  • 50ml Opihr Gin
  • 50ml sparkling wine
  • 15ml rosemary syrup
  • Pink grapefruit soda (to top)
  • Pink grapefruit garnish

 

Method
  1. Fill large glass with ice
  2. Add Opihr Gin, sparkling wine, rosemary syrup
  3. Top with grapefruit soda
  4. Stir well and garnish with a fresh grapefruit wedge
