Ingredients
  • 50ml Opihr Spices of the Orient Gin
  • 15ml Lime juice
  • 100ml Ginger Ale
  • Dash Angostura Bitters
  • Fresh mint
  • Lime wedge

 

Method
  1. Fill glass with ice
  2. Pour Opihr gin, lime juice and ginger beer
  3. Add dash of angostura bitters
  4. Stir well and garnish with fresh mint and lime wedge
