Ingredients
  • 25ml Opihr Gin
  • 25ml Saint Germain Liquer
  • 25ml Fresh lime juice
  • 10ml Orange Syrup (recommend Monin)
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • Tonic water to top
  • Dried orange wheel

 

Method
  1. Add Opihr Gin, St Germain, orange syrup, and fresh lime juice over ice into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Gently shake until it’s cold to the touch.
  3. Pour into a cocktail glass through strainer.
  4. Top with tonic water and garnish with dried orange wheel
