Spiced Martinez

Our Spiced Martinez is made with an Assam infused vermouth, which beautifully enhances the earthy notes of the cubeb berry botanical within our gin. With each sip, experience an explosion of typical Indian and Malaysian flavours.

How to make
Recipe
  • 30ml Opihr Spiced Gin
  • 20ml White vermouth infused with Assam*
  • 4 Dashes aromatic bitters
  • 5ml Sugar syrup
Method

Stir down. Serve over ice in rocks glass. Garnish with cubeb berries.

*Assam Infusion
  • 3 tsp Assam loose leaf tea
  • 1 bottle white vermouth

Combine the ingredients and infuse for 1 hour. Strain.
