Recipe
- 30ml Opihr Spiced Gin
- 20ml White vermouth infused with Assam*
- 4 Dashes aromatic bitters
- 5ml Sugar syrup
Method
Stir down. Serve over ice in rocks glass. Garnish with cubeb berries.
*Assam Infusion
- 3 tsp Assam loose leaf tea
- 1 bottle white vermouth
Combine the ingredients and infuse for 1 hour. Strain.
